48th ANNUAL LIGHTHOUSE FESTIVAL: September 6-8, 2013
Booths, other than food & artist booths, shall be staffed:
Friday – 3:00 PM to 7:00 PM (optional for children’s activities)
Saturday – 11:00 AM to 7:00 PM
Sunday – 11:00 AM to 5:00 PM
PARKING: Parking is available at Lighthouse Park. You must display your enclosed parking pass on your windshield or from your rear-view mirror. You will not be admitted into the park without it. If you have additional people needing to get to Lighthouse Park to staff your booth have them use our free shuttle bus transportation. Shuttle bus information is enclosed.
SET-UP: Set-up is Friday from 8:00 AM to 2:00 PM Saturday, between 7:00 and 10:00 AM. Enter Lighthouse park off of Front St, and you will be directed to your booth location. Your canopy must fit within your 10’ x 10’ space. Booths cannot be staked into the ground, they must be weighted. Lighthouse Park tends to have a wind blowing up from the water so it is important to weight the legs of your canopy. MLFA assumes no liability.
SECURITY: Security is provided during the Festival. It is your choice whether or not to leave belongings in your booth overnight. Again, MLFA assumes no responsibility.
CHECK OUT: You may begin tearing down your booth at 5:30 PM Sunday. No early breakdown is permitted. Please dismantle your booth and pack BEFORE you move your vehicle in place.
