During the festival, there is no on-site parking for visitors. There are two great options to help you visit the festival. Shuttle Buses run from Olympic View Middle School (2600 Mukilteo Speedway, Mukilteo, WA) and Kamiak High School (10801 Harbour Pointe Blvd, Mukilteo, WA) throughout the festival. The buses run from 2:30pm to midnight on Friday, 10:30am to midnight on Saturday, and 10:30-5pm on Sunday. We run several buses throughout those hours– the buses will be running a continuous loop, with about a half hour in between each stop. There is no set schedule, however. There will be at least 10 buses staged at the park on Saturday night after the fireworks show to zip you home again.
You can also pick up free bus tickets (in advance!) to take Community Transit buses.
Tickets will be available at Rosehill, City Hall and The Mukilteo Chamber office starting August 27th.
Check here for the schedule for the 113 bus– the 417 and 880 will also get you down to the festival on Friday afternoon.
Even if you don’t get a free ride ticket, you can take the bus to the Lighthouse Festival. Local bus service is just $2 for adults, $1.50 for youth (6-17) and $1 for reduced fare customers (seniors, disabled and Medicare). For schedule information, visit www.communitytransit.org/mukilteo.
Looking for an accessible way to reach the festival? Your best bet are the free Community Transit bus tickets described above. There are a limited number of disabled parking spaces at the festival entrance (we convert all the spots on Front St to disabled parking), and you can also be dropped off at the Lighthouse– but parking is tough down in the area and may take awhile if those spots are taken.
